My name is Stetson I’m 13 years old I have severe anxiety and selective mutism Im going to therapy every 2-3 weeks and I got put on fluoxetine back in february of this year I’m currently on 40 mg. I will try to write here every week or 2

The hole school when for a community walk. It’s was really hot out it also doesn’t help that I was wearing a black sweater with baggy pants is I started to sweat a lot and also my shoes werent that comfortable to walk long distances in so I just ended up walking home.

I’m so tired but I can’t sleep. My gf has been a bit rude to me some of it has hurt me a bit but I’m not gonna say anything back because of her depression and I don’t want her to go away

Anyways I’m gonna meet my school psychologist today I heard his name is jordie. Im very nervous to meet him I never had a guy psychologist I only every had girls

I feel bad I want to listen to music but I feel like she’s gonna leave me if I don’t talk to her

We have been on call for like 6 days in a row

She keeps putting a . At the end of every word she never does this unless she mad or sad or I don’t even know

Im always worried about her and my other friend mental health and I tell them they can tell me anything if they want
