Quit my self-service barist job cuz of toxic boss. +mental health.
Started boxing again this month on the 8th. Has been going great, i plan to go professional, + physical health and mental health.
Since its been 4 years without physical activity, it was quiet physically challenging.
+ stamina problems and muscle soreness.
I used to be restless everyday since my body ached for exercise and missing how i felt while in the ring sparring. But since i started again it has gone away. -mental fatigue (caused by longing of exercise)
Last friday and today ive been restless, ive been getting less tired and less sore from the daily boxing training (excluding Saturday and Sunday since they are closed), +mental fatigue, been dealing with it by doing some calisthenics at home. I plan to increase my intensity in the boxing gym so i dont have to do that.
