This has been mentioned before, and I wish to build upon ideas to request this channel.
Many people chat on this server a lot, and an educational learning area could channel this chatting to an education channel with priority on a learning environment in a socialized environment, allowing for relevant discussion toward topics, asking questions in an environment they're comfortable in, and education towards topics.

This could be implemented via providing resources, links and videos, and roadmaps created in areas such as calculus and computer programming languages such as Python created by someone with experience in the topic.

While the implementation of the channel, depending on the resources provided, may be difficult, it would be a good investment to allow for members who spend large amounts of time on this server to be provided access to education. This is different from other recommended channels such as study and homework halls, where they provide links to education itself.

This could be partly implemented using the TTC Systems bot allowing for custom resource viewing and other commands related to it
While this might seem like a large investment of time, depending on how its implemented, it is vastly useful for the education of possibly thousands of people, allowing them to learn concepts unfamiliar to them, supporting them via education, which leads to careers and other financial opportunities. I personally believe this, if implemented correctly, will be able to provide a vastly unique educational experience.
