#I am so close to being done

That’s not something someone can do. That’s a long hard journey of self reflection that you must undertake alone
Hey my friend I have no understanding how you must be feeling right now and I an sorry for the struggles you are facing, however I am proud of you for wanting to stand up once more and move forward.
This road is not going to be an easy one and no one ever said it was. In order to start anew we must first identify and come to peace with our past. We can’t escape it but we definitely could learn to cope with it better and improve on it. In order to start fresh we must leave our past behind but take away our learning experiences.
Remember motivation should not be our major driving factor to improving and standing up again because it will always fluctuate but rather discipline and fortitude. It is not going to be easy I repeat. Some days we will not want to get out of bed and improve but let’s be honest: No one gives a shit if you’re tired. No one gives a shit if you’re not motivated. It’s either you stand up and move forward or stay still while you watch everything slip away.
Self-reflection of our current state and past emotions is necessary and I suggest journaling especially in an online document as you are able to bring it with you everywhere and privately. It also allows you to spill out all your thoughts and emotions a lot faster than doing so on paper. Once again doing this consistently requires fortitude not motivation. Don’t wait for you to FEEL good to do it.
Set goals for yourself to improve in each aspect. Don’t set big overly ambitious ones but ones targeted towards specific tasks. It can be as simple as running for ten minutes each day or spending 30 more minutes with your fiance. I can assist you in setting goals right now. What are some aspects of your life that you would like to improve on?
