Maybe you should look locally to see if there are support groups facing the same problem? Also, check for rage rooms to let it all out around you, that also may help.
try your best to take note (literally or mentally) of when you're angry, anything helps. anger is always related to another emotion (such as fear or sadness) and its never singular as much as some may forget.
