Hi!
I’m currently taking part in a PHP or Partial Hospitalization Program. Basically, I go to the hospital every day from 8-2 pm and i get the weekends off. Its a step slightly below inpatient therapy btw
anyways if anyones considering it feel free to ask me some questions :3
