Oh shi. I'd suggest the same thing that Hotketchup said, try to avoid relationships for a little until you're 16/18. I had your exact same problem with 2 girls, although it wasn't as bad as your problem. But yeah, I took a year-long break to focus on my self, become more mature, improve social skills, and be the best man i can in the moment for when the right woman comes into my life. Although lately i've been feeling really lonely so i think its time to start dating again
