#Meta ruminating and meta stress

What does it mean for me up from if I ruminate and get stressed so much I start ruminating about ruminating and feel stressed about being stressed and get to the point I forget what caused me to act this way in the first place?
Preventing myself from ruminating just bottles up the feeling inside of me
While expressing it just seems to reinforce it rather than get the feeling out
I also feel inferior when society suggests things I can’t do
What should I do when I meta ruminate?
