I think allowing people to pin stuff in journaling would be useful. For starters, it allows the OP to jump back to certain things quickly, remembering what they wrote for theirselves. Not only that, but if you wanted someone else to look at it, having key points pinned can help people move around it quicker.
I just think it would be useful, and help users stay committed to updating their journal's here.

Not just introductions, but would help make all the journals more digestible. Like honestly, anyone journaling isnt just putting down key moments. sometimes its flooded with random moments.
I have a digital journal for personal use, I can pin certain entries in it, so every time I look at something like "Thoughts" I get some key personal advice. Keeps me on track.
