kinda how there's a religion and lgbtq chat, but for people with disabilities (both mental and physical, possibly separate channels for mental/physical?) as a disabled person i think it'd be great to have a place where anyone with disabilities can find support or just chat with other disabled people

I agree I think a specific physical disability channel would be good because I look in the physical health one often and usually it’s just random health issues and no one I can relate to on the detrimental impact my disability has had on my life

If it’s opt in I don’t think people who know nothing on the topic will bother to get the role and also I can always take the opportunity to educate them
Either way I think a place for disability in a channel would be great to create community and help people feel less alone
