idk I just feel like sharing, this is a win for me, been struggling with extremely heavy flows ever since my first period, today was pretty bad (day 2 of my cycle so the worst day) and i had an induction for my new job, anyhow i wore a maxi extra absorption night pad with period pants today and it still wasn't enough, it overflowed but not a massive amount so it wasn't to bad but still felt self conscious
so i bit the bullet n bought some regular tampons, last time i tried i panicked n pulled it out as soon as i got it in 😭 today though i just tried to not think about it too much and get it done as quick as i could n it worked :)) I'll see if regular is enough, I'm wearing period pants justtt incase
