I feel alone, I try to make friends but don’t know how to. I need help with being okay with mistakes, being okay with my emotions. Showing my emotions. I ball them up and crash out and feel bad after when try to make to move on and mentally Heal by myself it can’t get out of the hole I’m in. It gets deeper and deeper no one to help me out. All my life I’ve been called sensitive or hormonal.
