Usually ppl post abt being overweight are doubting it but rn but its the other way around , im 5`10, 15 and im 53.9kg whitch is definetly way too low but idk how to fix it (i do karate btw).
Ik its this collection of loneliness that is the cause of this, ill post something an mental for it soon when i get time
As of now i need sum eating habits that will let me have the usual BMI without ruining my semi fit shape (i like it, i dont like abs muscles and veins of such but i also dont like obese looks i love being in the middle)
