Okay so i told my story about my mental health now it's the turn of Physical Health (Would recommend reading mental health after)

I am a short girl (158cm/5'2) and I weight (60-65kg) Which ain't the worst actually? But i do not like how my body looks, i have stomach rolls and my legs look worse + I can't even train myself without failing after 1 min i don't want it to get worse so does anyone know what to do?

Stamina and training takes time. You’re literally ripping your muscles and having them regrow when you exercise. Though it might seem pointless. start with the lightest weight or load you can do, do reps of 8 to start with then work up to 15. When you feel you can lift more increase the weight. even for cardio and walk instead of running. Its a process, just take your time with it and you’ll see results in no time
