Okay so i told my story about my mental health now it's the turn of Physical Health (Would recommend reading mental health after)
I am a short girl (158cm/5'2) and I weight (60-65kg) Which ain't the worst actually? But i do not like how my body looks, i have stomach rolls and my legs look worse + I can't even train myself without failing after 1 min i don't want it to get worse so does anyone know what to do?
