Eat lots of chicken and if you need a lot of calories protein shakes can have a ton and help you get through calories without being burned out

i am also starting my bulk tomorrow and I suggest increasing your calorie and protein intake from your initial maintanence which you could calculate online. Then start cooking your own food and using a food scale (which i just bought an hour ago) measure how much of each food you are eating to more effectively track your diet. please please don't dirty bulk because not only is it unhealthy but it will lead to lower energy levels and even gaining too much fat
