I have always had a strange approach with my sugar levels and glucose intake
Apparently im pre diabetic but I have unrealistically high ones and lows
My glucose levels and insulin levels are making it hard for me to lose weight to
My last test at my GP for my sugar levels were 31.5
See how bad it is???
My nonno is diabetic and type one so I had to learn about it

I call them lay-down and sit-down hypos 🫂 they suck really bad
A few of my friends get headaches from them too, hope you're doing alright!

Can I ask for advice here? I might have diabetes, my mom has it. She’s taking me to the doctors tomorrow cause I’m showing symptoms of DKA but it could also just be a uti and fatigue. She legit doesn’t know and neither do I but it runs in our family. My sugar has gotten high and low before but I was never diagnosed with diabetes. Is there anything I should look out for? Anything I should avoid?

If your bloodsugar is higher than 8-10mmol then that could be a big symptom of diabetes!
