I’m M14(almost 15) and I am physical bad, I weight about 230lbs and I do nothing physical. I get bullied partly for my weight but mostly because I am weird. How do I glow up? (Tips on things like style or things I can change easily with my look would be appreciated)
Some other problems I face: most nights I have a hard time sleeping, I don’t like much physical exercise, idk what to do with my hair, etc.

Start by choosing high volume low calories food first

Basically trow away all process food and eat only honey, fish, beef, egg, milk, banana, rice, carrots, avocado
Also don't use trash oil for cooking
Grass fed butter is the best or olive oil
Snack option if you are hungry: any type of fruits (most recommended is blueberry), whole wheat bread,sugar free milk,
Also sleep better
Not 7-8 hour
But 9-10 hour
The key is to be consistent
This is where discipline come in
If you cant discipline yourself then self manipulate yourself into thinking you like and enjoy this with gratitude
Build a new identity for yourself, not with just words but actually feel this new self
Wrap yourself in hope like you never felt it before
I can’t fall asleep easily
Drink a tea or warm drink
