Does anybody have tips on helping with eating? I’ve been having major issues with food lately, my appetite has been getting worse and it isn’t even the texture of food it’s just the process of chewing that makes me want to vomit.

I do need to eat obviously and I already can’t eat large portions of food, plus many certain foods I can’t eat due to the fact certain textures will make me vomit them up.

Try smaller portions every 1–3 hours instead of meals. Keep snacks nearby. Try easy to eat food like:
• smoothies and shakes (you can add protein to them)
• mashed foods (fruit, potatoes etc.)
• all kind of yogurts, puddings
• nutritional drinks
• soups
• broths
While eating distract yourself, listen to music or watch youtube. You can ask a family member/a friend/someone you trust to eat with you. And of course if its getting worse considering going to a doctor to rule out physcial causes.

smoothies and shakes are a good idea. when i experienced this, it was a good way to still get nutrition

I feel queasy when I am not sitting straight. Have you tried eating while you are standing? Also see a doctor.
