I suddenly decided not to talk

Hey I'm 17 and I sometimes just stop talking in the middle of conversation.. Is that normal?

So I talk a bit strange and sometimes i can't really say or describe things, and sometimes even just stop in the middle of the convo and just check my phone or just look at the floor in silence... And if force myself to keep talking I just can't... It's really making everything awkward 😔

Do y'all have this problem to? Pls helppp

Im not a very social person, so when I'm talking to people (or more than just one person) I tend to read the room and eventually quiet myself. It's normal, especially to people that get anxious around others.
