I’m genuinely upset because I went through a breakup… technically… we weren’t in an official relationship but still. I actually did love this person. This guy was super sweet, loved the same games I did even though some weren’t really well known, respected my boundaries, loved me (that’s what I thought)… and I really loved him too… it’s another long story but I got desperate to meet a potential significant other online… I know it’s not the best choice to meet someone who potentially has bad intentions but yeah I was just desperate. Just recently, I exposed him to one of my personal problems. Not only did he not help me and go to someone else, he blocked me not long afterwards. I helped him with HIS problems and respected his boundaries.. I thought he was different but it turns out he wasn’t… I actually loved him. In fact, this guy also went through a similar situation before I got into his life. I don’t know what to do I really feel just horrible

i know this hurts, but the good thing about this entire situation is that you found out his true self and now you're free from that. i understand that things may not have went how you wanted it to, but we can't always be in control and that's okay. just know that however he acted, it had nothing to do with you and all to do with him. whatever you decide to do, just try and do whatever is best for your well-being, whether thats leaving him and grieving the relationship or trying to work things out. you deserve the best, and i hope you feel better

Actually everything’s much better now

He unblocked me, apologised (a lot of times actually… he’s still apologising like rn) and explained to me why he blocked me
