i always get jealous over everything if someone has something i want i will literally sob my eyes out . i don’t know how to control my jealousy but at the same time i wonder “why can’t it be me who has that”

The reason is simple

Think is real way

See people who got nothing they to dream about what u have

Always be humble and thanks God for what u have

Whether it's a dress, car, food.. Etc

Many people don't even get food daily

I am not telling u it's ur fault

I am telling u to think differently, then u will understand and value what u have.. then it will be easy to control that

I pray u choose the right path
