my parents love and support feels fake i can see it in the way they look at me i feel like they hate me and only keep me around cause my lil sis llikes me and thier support just feels fake as shit i can hear it in thier voices some times like when someone talks a lie and thier voice gives it away
and i swtg i hear them talking bad abt me just for them to be sleeping

sometimes i think i see them watching me just for there to be nothing

Are you able to confront them about it, or is it a serious case of delusions/cognitive distortions/anxiety? If so I recommend trying grounding techniques that could help you bring yourself back to reality like journalling or taking a breath of fresh air in the morning

i dont think its horribly bad but it sucks, and i have tried grounding techniques they help a little
