I've been in a situation like this before (as the girlfriend). There were problems in the relationship that were harming us, but it was never really communicated. So you could really just imagine the devastation I felt when he let me go. I never knew what I was doing wrong until then and the pain was absolutely unbearable.

I'd say that you should talk to her about it. Communicate with her. If you truly love her, you'd do the best you can for you and her. If it falls through and nothing changes, you'll have to leave for your own sake.
