Everyday i feel tired and i feel i have a ball in my chest, everything i want to do i finish not doing it, i plan but when the time comes i prefer to stay in bed, like gym or to learn something. The problem is a hate that i want to change but i just cant i feel something pushing me back, i also cant focus on school until the exams are close, i want to become more healthy learn new things get a good shape but i just finish scrolling and i cant move, i get a motivation and then it goes fast and i get bored. Can someone tells me why i have that and whats the solution
