It is definitely completely normal to have these urges although those stuff might be memories that your future self might want to see(in order to see how far you've actually come).
I'd recommend maybe channeling your frustration with a martial art whether it's a class or whether it's a few YouTube videos..
And maybe if it's a possibility get a punching bag and some boxing gloves.
And if not then try getting a mattress or a pillow to channel your anger at.
And just one more thing tearing up paper that says your frustrations on it or why you're sad on it might help too:)
