My girlfriend wants to kill herself

her parents have made her feel worthless and the only reason shes kept going this long is bc she knows i'll hurt/kill myself if she goes ahead with it. every day i worry that i'll never see her again though

she wont even accept that her parents are in the wrong

Its not a healthy dynamic if both of you communicate to eachother that they are killing themselves if the other person one does it.
Are any of you currently undergoing medical help?

no, she cant without her parents verbally hurting her, and i literally cannot talk about my problems alloud

i struggle to see what my problems even are tbh

In that case my recommendation is that you start with yourself. If you are in a position where you feel you would hurt/kill yourself without your partner, thats worth exploring. Grief and suffering is natural, but the before mentioned is an unhealthy dependency ❤️ If you wanna support her you gotta start with yourself

i dont know how, i already have hurt myself even with her here, and i had a panic attack in the shower the other day when she was talking about wanting to kill herself again
