She broke up with me just before chirsmtas and im just struggling to try let go off her. I was with her for just under 2 years and i dont think ive realised that its actually over. She said we didnt go out often enough and i felt like she didnt even try to talk about it by she just jumped straight into the deep-end. Idk what to do because. i feel as if i cant talk to anyone about it because ive built a persona where im always in a good mood and i dont have a strong relationship with my family to tell them how i feel.
