I need some help and advice.. I'm really suffering the allergie it make my days even worse and painful..
Has anyone had advice?

Did you try talking to a medical professional?

There are various anti-allergic medicines

#

A doctor/nurse/medical person would be able to prescribe the correct medicine and dosage for you, based on your symptoms and signs

I took a cold shower, and took my medicine and moisture cream for 3 months
The heat is really hurt over my skin 😦

So.. now I feel ok 😊
