I’m sorry people are treating you like this – you don’t deserve it. People might say hurtful things, but they don’t see the full you. You have so much to offer that they’re just not seeing. ❤️
Work on ways to improve your self confidence by doing the activities you enjoy or spending time with people that treat you well.
Replace critical self-thoughts with more balanced, positive ones. Talking to a counselor might help you get through this – it could be worth trying. 🙏
