as in you encounter a problem and just panic?
or as in getting frustrated at pressure
Try to take a breather every once in a while. take a brisk walk, step out of the room for a moment when you feel under pressure, or just try to calm yourself down and close your eyes for a second.
There also may be other things leading you to being frustrated, do you mind telling examples of when you get frustrated?

so per say you're in a situation where you have a group project, and someone is just stubborn with their opinion, even though you've explained to them a million times, what action of anger do you have, or do you just feel anger?

it's extremely unfair
people might say "the world's just unfair, live with it"
but often times it comes off in the wrong way.

and she does too
but when I attack her more frequently than she does

or just closing the device

TLDR: the point is, it's easy to get frustrated and mad at irritating times

the only thing that matters is how you handle it

but if you bottle up too much anger at the same time,
