I have been trying to make friends and stuff recently and it's just not happening. I had a friend and they care about their other friends it's like I don't even exist to them. I come on discord and it not like anyone ever messages me or anything. I hate being so alone all the time

maybe try joining social servers? There are many servers that can help to make friends. Just be careful on the internet. Or, even better, try joining clubs at school or as extra curriculars, just to meet some new faces.

Social servers don't work since I'm a trans fem and in clubs people just already have their own friendships and don't seem to wanna be welcoming 🥺

There are plenty of people on discord who are open to trans friends! there definitely isn’t a shortage on LGBT servers too if your open to that.
