Stop watching it
Stop doing anything just a little
Every week
It helps you know it sounds stupid
But just slowly stop doing the act or the thing or watching it slowly just stops in general
What I did to stop smoking is simply throw away the source. Put all my money in a bank account to make sure I wouldn’t buy one in the local store
Try putting any applications or anything that will remind you of it.
There would be a level of pleasure that would actively seek those (and that’s the hard part). But you got to try to resist
Do you play games and all that?
What games do you play cause if you want a good way to slowly get off doing anything addicting is distracting your self
And I wouldn’t mind helping distract you
I can download valorant tmr if ur down to play some time
Sorry I was taking a drink but yea man talking with someone and doing stuff is a good distracting
Ur DMs open?
Can I join? I do play valorant too!

There are a lot of things i recommend (from my personal experience), one thing is to realise what the trigger is, then try to switch it with something positive (for example, its cause you are bored? Then read a book or go for a walk), another thing i recommend is to delete social media, especially instegram, tiktok and snapchat
Also workout, really helps. And learn that its not gonna take you a few days, stopping any kind of addiction takes a long time. You need to be patient
