my psychologist helps me understanding it and gave me an ''assignment'' to try and take one force thought at a time and slowly stop doing it, one at a time, does anyone have any ideas of what i can do to prevent myself to do intrusive stuff? Like stuff i can occupy myself with or idek

also if advice for intrusive images like adultery or harm or weird stuff in general
