you need someone to talk to?
As someone who has also struggled/ is struggling with self harm, I know how it is. It relieves pain, right? It feels good. It becomes an addiction that's hard to escape. But you have to find healthier ways to cope with life. In the long run, cutting will get you nowhere, - and that short rush of dopamine it gives you isn't going to last. It might help if you find things to do to get your mind off of it, or, instead of cutting, if you need to get something off of your chest, just talk to someone. My dms are always open. It wouldn't bother me.
I know overcoming this isn't easy, but it's worth it to try. I wish you the best luck in life.
and please make sure that you clean and bandage your wounds properly. 🌸
