I like helping people, especially in this server but my mental health is really bad and it feels like I can't even talk to my girlfriend about my problems and my mental health anymore. A lot of the time I feel she lies about what she thinks of me due to me hearing bad things from everyone I meet. Could someone help me, I really need someone to help and comfort me.

Also I feel that I am bipolar, this may just be mood swings but I do think I am bipolar.
