thats horrible you shouldnt starve yourself
it doesnt do anyhting
you gotta get a healthy diet as well as doing your exercise
- you gotta research what workouts you wanna do
The thing is i enjoy the feeling of losing my appitite and seeing how little i eat it makes me proud
duudeee
you gotta break out of that mindset
trust me its not gonna lead you anywhere
you're just gonna go back to the same weight even more if you go back to eating food
you gotta get a healthy enough diet and work out for at least a little bit a day in order to cut down your weight
