gonna keep some stuff vague as knowing more isn’t really needed
me and this person (A) did something that we wanted to keep secret so i said “please don’t tell anyone” and
(A) also said “don’t tell any of your friends” and started listing my friends’ names to not tell
apparently a month later a friend and (A) got in a call and they basically told my friend what we did but at the end (A) told her not to tell anyone that she knows about what we did
a little extra info: (A) also talked about my best friend as they had a similar experience but more in the past but he didn’t tell her not to tell anyone , but my best friend had also requested him to keep it a secret as well
my question is that why tell me to keep it a secret between my friends but a month later the person in question tells one of my friends anyway, it just doesn’t make much sense to me, maybe any of u have a possible answer ?
