Hello, Glitch. I can see your going through a breakup and I am here to help.

I'd advise to try and move on the best you can. If this is the 9th time the same guy left, then I don't think it's worth it anymore. It's best to move on. Trying to get back together is only going to create more problems, especially if you've already broken up before.

I'll give you some tips to help you move on.

  1. Focus on yourself.
Focusing on yourself can distract yourself and create a better opportunity, especially if you're studying for a job, trying to succeed at a personal goal, or other things. This can also be helpful to yourself and others around you. You can create a positive environment. Accept the past, live in the present, and work for the future.
  2. Distract yourself.
Distraction can be a great way to relieve stress or to get anything off of your mind. You can distract yourself with music, your favorite TV show, movie, friends, family, pets, or hobbies. It's best to not distract yourself with anything negative. This can create a further problem with your current situation, especially if it is affecting your mental health.
  3. Surround yourself with friends, family, and positivity.
Try to spend time with loved ones. This can increase your bond with them and help you get through a situation. It can be reminding of the people that are there for you.
  4. Try to forget about the situation.
Try not to dwell or constantly remind yourself of what happened. It's best to avoid reminding yourself because it can create a further problem and can cause trouble when you're trying to move on.
  5. Take care of yourself.
Always take care of yourself, especially your mental health. Your mental health can also have an impact on your physical health and vise versa. It's best to do this to create a positive environment for yourself and others and to prevent any further problems with your health. It's always important to take care of yourself.

  1. Forgive.
Forgiveness is always a good thing. It means you accept what happened and that you are ready to move on. Don't feel angry about it, just accept it for what happened and instead, focus on yourself. Don't try to create a negative emotion about it. Try and feel calm and accepting about it.
  2. Don't dwell on it.
Never dwell on a negative situation. This can create a negative impact on your mental health. Try to forget about it and move on. Don't stay in the same position. It's ok to be week, but it's never ok to stay week.

It may seem tough and overwhelming, but it'll help you in the long run.

I'd advise you to not get back with the guy tho. Just try and move on and accept it.
