Here is where i write Positives and negatives that happened to me . this journal ends when im finished with my depression and anxiety. I post on another platform about my life and hows it went ( i do it before i sleep) so make sure you look there aswell

POSITIVES:

-Had eaten today
-Went outside to play with my dog
-made new friends
-Met my Bestfriend
-made it to school on time

NEGATIVES:

-Messy room
-Unhealthy diet
-Cried
-Fake
-Slapped myself

Tasks Completed:

-Made my bed ❌
-cleaned my room ❌
-went outside ✅
-socialised ✅

SOLUTIONS:

-Clean my room the slightest everday for 5 minutes
-make healthier diet
-eat fruit and veg
