the feeling of it its like My Body is Getting colder and something is overwhelming my thoughts and also i started to shake
name things u can see
hear
reconnect with your enviroment
catch your breath
try to focus on the outside rather then ur racing thoughts
the thought of death and it scared me until it triggered a panick attack
its important to remind yourself that the feeling of death is pure illusion in a panic attack, when ur experiencing it
its the most common symptom
