gym can be good, eating too
but to me it sounds like the typical self improvement root rather then something of authentic choice in your case, but i could be always wrong
what actual goals and aspirations u have in your life? connecting with others is definitely one of them as a step for feeling more
Also what happend in your past? Any trauma? Any depressive pattern of being reclusive from the world and into yourself? Repressing any emotions?
I love the gym its the only thing thats got me through this year and i love the progress i can see i've made, i think the main issue is the loneliness making me feel like everything is kinda pointless
