you don’t gotta go through this alone
so i take it it’s a sort of outlet for you? try distancing yourself from all that and find something new to cope with. video games, art, sport, yadada
u gottta replace the addiction with a healthy form of behavior when the urge arises, most addiction is just a way to soothe pain, u have to find a healthy one - socialize, take a walk, excercise, etc, the point is, do something
and that is in general, if u do nothing, u will ruminate, spiral into inaction, and noone can be mentally healthy in that
your plan doesnt have to be perfect by any means, and its good if u fail, that way u can recalibrate and find something different + gather knowledge along the way, because human is a striving animal, we arent build for comfort and inaction
that will damage u long term a lot
socialze online
litteraly anywhere
people need any kind of connection
with the outside
it can if u get like minded people and work on it
if ur so tired u cant do anything then try a rehab for the relapsing, look for any instutional options u have
ask your parents for therapy
look at your options
So what Is your plan, stay in the state u Are in?
