take your first step by actually grabbing a pen and paper, then write down the date, what subject you’re going to revise, and start. don’t mull over what you can or can not do, start being prolific by being prolific. when the day ends, jot down what subject(s) you’ve revised today, how many minutes/hours. after that, set a goal you’d like to reach; the ideal weekly/daily study duration (I suggest weekly goals so that it helps with consistency whilst not being too superfluous). remember to take breaks.

also, if you’re wondering what catalyst you should use, count from three, get off your bed or couch or whatever and initiate your revision.
