One meal a day and the snack is good. As long as you can still function well of course.
Although if you get to a point where you are ||sick|| after every meal you should see a doctor. Just in case anything is going wrong somewhere in your body.
Ive been perfectly healthy, i go to the gym daily, and i have seen no diffrence
as to why im not eating i dont know why
and i would like to find out why
maybe the best course is to talk to a doctor regardless
