u may also consider medication if it wont get better by anything u done, insurance will pay for psychiatry, but if even that wont work then just go to psychotherapy even tho ik that it may be expensive

many people live with chronic ilnesses all their life and it "works" for them if they learn to cope, u can easily survive in dysfunction and in your case lower your sense of wellbeing by closing yourself off but u can always assume its normal within your subjective reference

it isnt subjective, it has objective aspects, ask anyone on the importance of clear communication and he will tell you otherwise, search anything about the relaiton to repression of emotions and its effect on immune system and health in general, and tons of empirical data will tell you otherwise
