To be fair, 600mg isn't THAT bad, the daily recommended limit for an adult is in the neighborhood of 800-850mg a day. You're pushing it, but it's not gonna kill you.

My recommendation is to find a pre-workout supplement without caffeine. I know C4 makes one, Gorilla Mind makes one, and there's probably others. Just Google "no caffeine preworkout" and there's something for you.

If you want to go REALLY natural, there's like Yerba Mate, but that's not going to give you anything remotely of a pump like pw does.

It's mostly based on your body composition, so if you are 'adult-sized', basically the same thing. If you are shorter/lighter then yeah the max might be lesser.

Yeah, you should be perfectly fine.

But a preworkout with no (or less) caffeine would be significantly better for you

Also with pw make sure you drink a LOT of water. I used pw and kinda let myself dehydrate and I got kidney stones. You do NOT want to experience that

There's caveats to it though, there's no guarantee that that much caffeine that often for a long period of time won't be bad for you
