I miss you mom.
Today we went to church with my wife and her mom. The church was packed. I became overwhelmed from the number of people. Plus it was super hot. I left the sanctuary feeling shame. Like I was a bad person for not pushing through for my wife and mother in law. I told my brain to shut up and I listened to the shame speak. Then I reminded myself I am human, nothing more and nothing less. Humans are flawed and limited. This is what makes us beautiful. I reminded myself the creator made us a mosaic of beautiful inperfections. It's OK I hit a limit.
Just so many different emotions today.
