It's recommended that you get referred to a therapist (preferably a psychiatric one who specialises in things like OCD) so that you're able to either go through with therapy or start medication that will ease it.
Until then or between sessions you can always refer to this self-help poster that a few people I know have found helpful when dealing with OCD on a daily basis. Make sure you don't read the poster once and then forget about it, it's important to really digest the content of the poster and implement it into your daily life wherever possible.
