Recently a series of stressful events have piled onto me along with everything else, I’m already trying to discover why I’m now feeling emotional about my past when I didn’t react before. It’s all wearing me down and I’m not sure how much of it I can take. It’s too much to handle and I’m confused, hurt, and frustrated.
So many topics I need to deal with and it’s stressful, trauma, anxiety, trust, confidence, relationships, school, motivation, sleep, eating, overthinking, depression, terrible thoughts and more. It’s stressing me out and I’m positive I haven’t even listed them all.
I understand all are busy, but if anyone thinks they could lift the pressure feel free to @ me
