i’ve recently relapsed as well, just remember it’s not linear and sometimes you’ll feel this way. i’m not a professional but i’ve been treated by various psychiatrists and therapists. and what works for me, is to externalize those thoughts and urges, by maybe drawing, painting, breaking things, talking it out with a friend, or screaming your favorite songs. my advice, based on my experience is to avoid being left alone with your mind because your mind can be very mean sometimes. but it’ll get better ❤️🩹 i’m here rooting for you!
